Media Release On 2 August 2018, the Downstream Directorate conducted a half day workshop on Regulation No. 2/2016 on Fuel, Biofuel and Lubricant Trading Activity.  This workshop was aimed to disseminate the licensing requirements for Trading activity and the import/export applications. The fuel quality control system was also introduced during the workshop. All licensed Trading companies (LPG, Asphalt, Aviation Fuel, Lubricant, Gasoline and Diesel Importers) were invited to this workshop including companies who wishing to obtain Trading License.
