1. Downstream Activities License Application Form
Applicants are require to submit application form for requesting or renewing downstream activities licenses based on information stipulated under article 10 submission of documents of Regulation no.2/2014, of 24, October 2014, first amendment to regulation no.1/2012, of 24 October 2012, on administrative procedure, requirement and fees for the granting, renewal, and modification of Downstream activities Licenses.

2. Application for the approval of the location
Applicants are require to submit the request for approval of the location of the new or existing fuel filling station must be made through the completion and submission to the ANP of the form Included In Annex I of the regulation number 3 /2014, 24 October. first amendment to regulation number one No.1/2013, of 18 September 2013 on Installation and operation of Fuel filling Station article 4 “Location approval”.
a. Installation and operation of fuel filling station
Applicants are require to submit the request for approval of the location of the new or existing fuel filling station and must be made through the completion and submission the form to the ANP Included Annex I of the regulation on Installation and operation of Fuel filling Station.

3. Application for the approval of the project
a. Fuel Filling Station
Upon the Issuance of the certificate approval of location for fuel filling station, operator of new or existing Fuel Filling Station require to submit Application for the approval of the project for a fuel filling station in the form included annex II of the regulation number 3 /2014, 24 October. first amendment to regulation number one No.1/2013, of 18 September 2013 on Installation and operation of Fuel filling Station article 5 “Project Approval ” .

b. Storage Facilities
Upon the issuance of the certificate approval of location for storage facilities, operator of new or existing storage facilities require to submit application for the approval of the project for a storage facilities in the form included annex II of the regulation on Installation and Operation of Storage Facilities.
