PSC 06-105 Eni JPDA has its local content commitment of US$10 Million on the National Library Project. The management works in physical design and construction and the policy direction, training and library material acquisition with all respective stakeholders, specifically with main project owner the Secretary of State of Art and Culture (SEAC) manage to secure Government contribution of US$1 Million to cover the costs for project site works.
The project technical details in aligning both Site Work Plans and National Library Building Construction Plan are in accomplishment and it is in stage finalization for tender process and it is supervised under project management structure and expected its completion by 2019.
